Obituary

Columbus Paul Mancini Columbus P. "Manny" Mancini, 88, of Brockton passed away Saturday September 22, 2012 at the Blue Hills Alzheimer's Care Center in Stoughton. He was the loving husband of the late Dorothy M. (Minichello) Mancini. Born October 12, 1923 in Allston, MA, he was the son of the late, Bernardo and Martha (DiDuca) Mancini. He served in the United States Air Force during World War II along with his four brothers, all returning safely home. r. Mancini was a member of the former Saint. Coleman's Parish in Brockton and volunteered at the church bingo for many years. He is survived by his devoted children, Christopher Mancini and his wife Sue, Jane Mancini-Puliafico and her husband Stephen, Laura Mancini-Fayad and her husband Terry, Richard Mancini, Robert Mancini and his wife Erica and Dana Mancini-Capodilupo; his loving grandchildren, Christopher, Lauren, Andrew, Matthew, Daniel, John, Jack, Nicholas, Mia and Anna; a sister, Ann Monroe and his beloved dog, Brady. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and was predeceased by seven siblings. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rt. 123) Brockton on Wednesday, September 26th at 8:00AM thence to Christ the King Parish, 42 Wendell Ave., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 9:00AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Randolph. Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home Tuesday 5:00-8:00PM.
