Online Obituaries Cynthia A. Barker, 56, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 at St. Joseph Manor in Brockton. She was the longtime companion of Charles R. Craig, III. Born March 30, 1956 in Brockton, she was the daughter of Edward Barker of Brockton and the late Judith (Crawford) Barker. Raised in Brockton, she was a graduate of Brockton High School. Cindy was a cook at the Brockton Hospital for more than 15 years. She loved all animals and was very active in Animal Rights Organizations. She is survived by her father, Edward Barker; her longtime companion, Charles R. Craig, III. And his children, Charles R. Craig, IV, Kelli A. Cahill and Jill A. Silva; and their children, Justin, Alison, Brooke Silva, Cori Cahill and Ryan Craig. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Wednesday, October 3rd from 4:00-8:00PM followed by a prayer service at 8:00PM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton on Thursday at 11:00AM.
