Cyril P. Connolly Cyril P. Connolly , 82, of Brockton died Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. He was the husband of Florence M. (Leoncello) Connolly. Born March 2, 1927 in Boston, he was the son of the late Patrick Connolly and Laura (Chesman) Connolly. Raised in South Boston he graduated from Boston Schools. He served in the United States Air force. Mr. Connolly was retired from the State of Massachusetts Parks and Recreation Department where he was a manager for several years. He enjoyed golf, sports, cars and his grandogs. He is survived by his wife, Florence M. (Leoncello) Connolly; his children, Karen Berolini of West Bridgewater, Kathleen Connolly of Raynham and Kevin Connolly and his wife Jacqueline of TN; his grandchildren, Brooke, Blake, and Brock all of TN; his brother, Michael Connolly and his wife Jeanne of Norton; his son-in-laws, Joe Berolini of Brockton and Scott Fahey of West Bridgewater; he is also survived by several brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rt. 123) Brockton on Monday, December 28th at 8:00AM thence to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 9:00AM.
