David L. Bousquet

David L. Bousquet, age 83 of Brockton, died Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Boston Medical Center South after a brief period of failing health. He was the loving husband of the late Linda J. Bousquet. David was born and raised in Brockton, a son of the late Leroy and Gladys (Means) Bousquet, and remained a lifelong resident of the city.

He had been a carpenter in the Brockton Building Department for over 40 years. David enjoyed spending time with his family, watching TV, and loved animals. David will be remembered as a quiet and unselfish person who was always available to help others. 

David is survived by two sons, David W. Bousquet of Virginia, and Shawn A. Bousquet of Brockton. He was also the brother of the late Fay Young of Brockton.
