David L. Burns David L. Burns , 65, of Medford, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. He was the husband of Charlotte J. (O'Donnell) Burns. Born March 4, 1945 in Boston, he was the son of the late Harold R. Burns and Evelyn (Benson) Burns. Raised in Roxbury he attended Boston Schools. David enjoyed reading, cooking and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He was a member of the Eagles Club of Hyde Park. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte J. (O'Donnell) Burns; his children, Eric D. Burns of Medway, Shawn M. O'Donnell of Medway and Tina M. O'Donnell of Somerville; his siblings, Phyllis Ochalek of Kentucky, Diana Estano of Brockton, Joseph Burns of Milton, Patricia Nemet of Taunton, Michael Burns of Taunton, Susie Simmons of Brockton, Helen Davis of Attleboro, Carol Joyce of Franklin, Harold Burns, Jr. of Michigan, Arthur Burns of Milton, Linda Burns of Taunton and Donna Imperato of Saugus; he is also survived by 5 other children from a previous marriage and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Bernadette Lastoria of Abington. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom, 4750 Washington St., West Roxbury on Monday, September 27th at 10:00AM.
