Online Obituaries Debora A. Almeida, 59, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. Born April 18, 1955 in Brockton, MA she was a daughter of Catherine (Sims) Brockenbough. Debora was a lifelong resident of Brockton. She liked to collect elephants with their trunks up. She also enjoyed music and computer games. She is survived by her mother, Catherine (Sims) Brockenbough; her children, Simitrian Duncan, Calvin Duncan, Jr., Jovanni Duncan Almeida and Elizabeth Duncan Almeida; her grandchildren, Calvin Duncan, III, Taijon Santiago, Calianna Duncan, Casanni Duncan, Ciniya Duncan and Caiden Duncan; her siblings, Darvele Brockenbough, Crystal Fernandes, Janet Brockenbough, Earl Brockenbough, Jr. and Tierra Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 in the Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 24 Pleasant St., Brockton at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in the Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 4th from 4:00-8:00PM in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home.
