Deborah J. Almeida Deborah J. Almeida , 60, of Brockton, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Gregory Almeida. Born June 26, 1950 in Cold Spring, New York, she was the daughter of Joseph Bolander and Veronica (Cruz) Bolander and step-daughter of Salvatore Gallio. She graduated from Haldane High School in New York. Deborah was multi talented in all arts and crafts. She was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Gregory Almeida of Brockton; her children, Sonja Brown and her husband Edward of Brockton, Ryan Almeida of Brockton and Gabrielle Almeida and her fianc Jeffrey Boynton of Brockton; her grandchildren, Kacey and Kylie Brown; her siblings, Joseph Bolander of NY and Carol Galligan of PA; her nephews and nieces, Gregory Galligan of Thailand, David Galligan of PA Nicole McGarvey of CO and Richard Almeida of Brockton. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday, May 21st from 8:00AM-9:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Anthony Church, 126 School St., Taunton at 10:00AM.
