Obituary

Deborah A. (Burke) Kulick, 78 years of age, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2024.

Deborah was born in Brockton, MA, the daughter of Richard F. Burke and Margaret Kenney of Brockton, MA. She attended Brockton Public Schools, and graduated from The Chandler School of Business. While working full time, she received her BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College.

Debbie began her professional career as an administrative assistant in the Brockton School System. After receiving her bachelor's degree, she worked at the Tufts University School of Nutrition. Debbie's final career position prior to her retirement was spent working in the area of development and public relations for Cranberry Hospice.

Debbie enjoyed traveling with her family and friends throughout her life. Some of her favorite places to visit were Samoset Resort in Rockland, ME, Menemsha on Martha's Vineyard, and Hilton Head, S C. She was an avid Patriot's fan, and also enjoyed going to local plays, restaurants, shopping, and frequent excursions to the Cape with her "Fab Four" friends.

She is predeceased by her loving and devoted husband Daniel P. Kulick, her parents Richard F. and Margaret (Kenney) Burke, her brother Richard F. Burke and step-son-in-law Peter J. Lavin.

Debbie is survived by her step-children, Joanne (Kulick) McMillian and her husband Thomas, Louise (Kulick) Lavin and Daniel Kulick. She also leaves her grandchildren Brittany Marsan and her husband Eric, Christopher Lavin and his significant other Mandi Melchionno and her two great-grandchildren Lucas and Mia. She leaves behind her sister-in-law Carole (Fantini) Burke, niece Whitney J. Burke and her husband, J. Kirk Trombely and their children Alexandria and Gabriella.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, April 5th from 10 to 11:30 a.m.at the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main Street, West Bridgewater. Her funeral service immediately following at 11:30  A private burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton, MA.
