IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Deborah A. (Carveiro)
Turcotte
February 17, 1957 – June 1, 2025
Deborah Ann (Carveiro) Turcotte, aged 68, of Bridgewater, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Gary J. Turcotte.
Born on February 17, 1957, in Brooklyn, New York, Debbie was the daughter of the late Robert and Gladys (DeMoranville) Carveiro. The family later relocated to Middleboro, where she graduated from Middleboro High School in 1976. Debbie and Gary were married on January 8, 1977, and raised their two sons in Middleboro before moving to Bridgewater in 2019.
In addition to being a supportive and caring mother, Debbie spent many years at Co-Op Productions, assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring they felt valued within their community. Later, she transitioned to healthcare administration, working for Collins Surgical until her retirement in 2020.
Debbie's greatest happiness came from being with her family and creating a loving home. When her sons were young, she actively participated in Cub/Boy Scouts as a Den Mother and Scout Leader. As a grandmother, she extended the same loving, supportive, and nurturing care to her four grandchildren, cherishing every moment with them. Debbie also enjoyed staying active with arts and crafts, board games, and bike riding.
She is survived by her husband, Gary; her sons, Eric J. Turcotte and his wife Jessica, and Brian A. Turcotte and his wife Nicole; her grandchildren, Ava Turcotte, Madelyn Turcotte, Emma Turcotte, and Aiden Turcotte; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Carveiro, Doreen Newcomb, Darlene Tenenbaum, Diane Bohmiller, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
