Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 11:30 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Visitation Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 am.

Obituary

Denise M. (Libby) Mitchell Velazquez, died Tuesday at the Brockton Hospital after lengthy illness. Born in Stoughton, daughter of Virginia (Maraglia) Libby and the late Eugene Libby. She loved her family especially her children and animals.

She is survived by her husband Jamie S. Velazquez, three sons, Jason Silva of Arizona, Gregory Libby and Nicholas Libby both of Brockton, a stepson Jamie Velazquez, Jr. of Brockton, two stepdaughters, Sarah and Amanda Velazquez both of Arizona, her mother Virginia (Maraglia) Libby and her brothers and sisters, Deborah Washburn of Brockton, Donald Libby of Bridgewater, Michael Libby of Brockton, Roberta Steele of Brockton, Christopher Libby of Brockton, Victoria Ortiz of Brockton, Donna Libby of Fall River, Veronica Libby of Brockton and Gregory Libby of Brockton.

Daughter of the late Eugene Libby and sister of the late Janet Moran and Stephen Libby.
