Online Obituaries Dennis Martin, 72, of Brockton, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston surrounded by his family after a brief illness. He was loving husband of Diane (Amalfitano) Martin. Born June 5, 1944 in New York City, New York, he was the son of the late George Martin and Stella (Krawczyk) Martin. Dennis was a Union Iron Worker for the Local #7 for several years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, loved animals and was a hobbyist, he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving children, Dennis P. Martin and his wife Paulette and Dawn Martin and her husband Rodney Watson; his adored grandchildren, Mya, Kayla, Dante and Nina; his siblings, Patrick Martin and Stephanie Baker; he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. He was the brother of the late Stephen Martin. Funeral Information Calling hours will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday, February 16th from 4:00-8:00PM. Funeral Service will be private.
