Dimitra Stratoudakis Dimitra Stratoudakis , 70, of Taunton, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Alexandros Stratoudakis. Born April 16, 1941 in Batra, Greece she was a daughter of the late Christos Giatra and Maria (Theoropoulou) Giatra. Dimitra loved life, enjoyed music, dancing and food. She is survived by her husband Alexandros Stratoudakis of Taunton; her children, Vasiliki (Stratoudakis) Maragozaki and her husband Vasilios of Sandwich, Anastasios Stratoudakis of Florida; her grandchildren, Maria, Alexandra Dimitra, Christos, Tatiana, Alexandros, Dimitrios and Stefanos; her siblings, Antoni Giatra, Kosta Giatra and Nikolitsa Vessis and her husband Apostolos all of Greece. She was the sister of the late Andreas Giatra. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday, October 15th at 9:00AM followed by a funeral service in The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 10:00AM.
