Domingos G. Depina Domingos G. Depina , 56, of Brockton passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton after a period of failing health. He was the husband of Natalia Alves Depina. Born on March 18, 1955 in Fogo, Cape Verde he was a son of the late Antonio and Luzia Garcia Depina. Mr. Depina was raised in Cape Verde and came to the U.S. in 1983. Since the age of thirteen he was known to be a hard worker. He worked as a machine operator for Brockton Plastics Inc. Domingos enjoyed soccer, fishing, karate and playing the lottery daily numbers. He was known for giving advice to his family. He is survived by his wife, Natalia; his children, Nilton, Nice, Patricia, Elizeu, Eliza, Elton and Amtonisha Depina; his step-children, Irina Ribeiro, Ronisa and Jessica Docanto, and Helida Monteiro; his siblings, Felismina Monteiro, Maria Andrade and Joao G. Depina. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday at 8:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM.
