Online Obituaries Donald R. Baldaro, age 83, of Falmouth, passed away peacefully at his winter home in Pompano Beach, FL. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Margaret (Little) Baldaro. Loving father of Susan Salvucci and her husband Peter of Milford; grandfather of Lauren Dwyer and her husband Wesley of Falmouth, Matthew Salvucci and his wife Taylor of Somerswoth, NH, Scott Salvucci and his girlfriend Kara Niland of Medway; great grandfather of Ava and Megan Dwyer and Alice and Lincoln Salvucci; brother of Sandra and Wayne Baldaro of CA. He was the son of the late William and Freida (Jones) Baldaro and brother of the late Jean, Arlene and William. He was also brother-in-law of Richard and Robert Little. Donnie was born in Waltham and graduated from Waltham High class of 1949. He was a Korean War Veteran and worked as an Alarm dispatcher for the Waltham Fire Department for many years and was also an electrician. Donnie will be most remembered for his quick wit and humor. He was always making you laugh. In his spare time he enjoyed golfing, spending time with his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Watching his beloved Boston sports teams and taking walks with his wife Peggy on the Cape He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Funeral Information Calling hours in the NICKERSON-BOURNE FUNERAL HOME, 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne on Friday, January 30th from 9:00-10:30AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John The Evangelist Church, 841 Shore Rd., Pocasset at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in the VA National Cemetery, Bourne.
