Obituary

Donald E. “Don” Buscemi, Jr. age 54 of Brockton passed away on Wednesday September 5, 2018 at Signature Healthcare/Brockton Hospital following a long illness.

Don grew up in Duxbury, graduating from Duxbury High School in 1982. He then spent some time in Nebraska graduating from Southeast Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Auto Body Technology and Business Administration. He returned to Massachusetts living in Holbrook, Hanover and most recently Brockton.

Don excelled at various trades holding jobs in fields including auto body, carpentry and welding. He had a great love of animals having pets ranging from the usual dogs, fish and cats, to the more unusual like rats, mice, and rabbits to the exotic such as iguanas and snakes.

He enjoyed spending time outdoors hiking, camping, boating and fishing. Don loved to drive cars and trucks and to ride motorcycles. His favorite place to go was always Brant Rock in Marshfield.
Don is survived by his wife Patricia (Cohen) Buscemi of Brockton, his parents Donald and Ann Buscemi of Duxbury, his daughter Jillian Adamson and his granddaughter Aria Adamson both of Randolph. He was also the brother of Ronald Buscemi and his wife Diane of Plymouth.
