She was 85 years old. Born in Brockton on February 7th, 1927 daughter of the late Joseph Brazil and Linda (Balboni) Brazil. Dot was the loving wife of the late Michael A. Colombo, Jr. She was a devoted mother to Linda (Colombo) Lelland and her husband Robert, of Bourne, Susan Colombo of Easton, Michael A. Colombo, III and his wife Rose of Bourne. A beloved grandmother to Heather Texeira and her husband Todd of Easton, Leah DeCristofaro and her husband Greg of Taunton, Jamie Pires of Easton, Bobby Lelland of Bourne, Lauren Willette of Fall River, Michael Colombo, IV, Nicholas Colombo and Anthony Colombo of Bourne. Cherished great nana to Cameron, Matthew, Brody, Jonathan and Preston. Dot was truly a family matriarch. She loved spending time with her family, especially at gatherings for Sunday dinners. She loved watching her husband's baseball games and continued watching with her son's games. Dot worked as a computer supervisor for Brockton Welfare Department. She loved playing golf at Brockton Country club. She was an avid Bingo Player. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday, April 3rd from 10:00AM-12:00PM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 12:00PM. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
