Obituary

Edith M. (Duchini) Kjersgard, of Brockton, passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 77. Born in Norwood, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Velma (Reeve) Duchini. Edith was the loving wife of Paul J. Kjersgard; loving mother of Eric J. Kjersgard and his wife Kelly; cherished grandmother of her grandsons, Aiden and Noah.

She was a graduate of Massasoit Community College where she studied to be a medical assistant. Edith was a long term volunteer and member of Board of Directors of the Brockton Inter Faith Community, and a volunteer for the Brockton Family Resources Center. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday July 17, 2025 from 5-7pm at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, Brockton, followed by a Funeral Service at 7pm. Interment at Melrose Cemetery, 88 North Pearl Street, Brockton will be held at a date to be announced.
