Edward A. Dahlquist, Jr., 68, of Brockton passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the husband of Deborah "Debbie" A. (Siciliano) Dahlquist. Born on March 26, 1953 in Brockton, he was the son of the late Edward A. Dahlquist and Elizabeth A. (Pagette) Dahlquist. Edward was a graduate of the Brockton High School class of 1972. Edward worked for Safflers in Whitman as the sewing machine repair technician until the store closed and continued repairing sewing machines for his customers from home. In addition to his wife Debbie, Edward is survived by his children Lisa A. Dahlquist and her companion Alberto Velasquez, Jr. and Eric P. Dahlquist and his wife Lindsay; his grandchildren Alberto Velasquez, III, Dominic Robert Dahlquist and Mason Edward Dahlquist; and his siblings Cynthia Dahlquist and Gregory Dahlquist. Calling hours will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt.123) Brockton on Wednesday, July 14th from 4:00-7:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. A private cremation will follow.
