Obituary

Edward “Ed” Dennehy age 92, passed away on March 5 2011. He was born April 12, 1919 in Brockton, MA. He is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn.
He is survived by his daughters, Kathleen McDonough and her husband Bob, Eileen Kelley, and Maureen Burroughs and her husband Terry; his grandchildren Peter Lambert, Kerri Ranous, Michael Lambert, Karen Heywood, Brad Kelley, Michael Redfern, 9 great grandchildren, and his longtime companion Joan Ladue.
Ed served our country in the Merchant Marines. He was an accomplished marksman and loved canoeing, kayaking, biking, painting, photography and reading.
Visitation will be in The Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday noon to 1 pm followed by a funeral service at 1 pm. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider donations in Ed’s name to Old Colony Hospice One Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368.
