Obituary

Edward W. Duhamel, 90 years, of Brockton died Sunday August 16, 2009 at the Braemoor Rehab. and Nursing Center. He was the husband of Mildred B. (Derfl) Duhamel. He was born in Taunton, a son of the late George and Barbara (Miles) Duhamel. He had been a resident of Brockton for many years, served in the Navy during WW II and was a retired machinist.

He is also survived by a daughter, Carol Spagone and her husband Anthony of Falmouth, a son, Scott E. Duhamel of Brockton, two grandchildren, Anthony Spagone, II and Melissa Gilooly, a sister, Elinor Cahalane, a brother Richard Duhamel and his wife Edna, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street,(Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by a Funeral Service in Saint Paul, Anglican Parish, 701 Pleasant Street, at 11am. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 1:15pm.
