Online Obituaries Elaine R. (Green) Altieri, 74, of Brockton, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014 at St. Joseph Manor Nursing Home in Brockton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Carlo Altieri. Born May 21, 1939 in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Walter Green and Winifred (OLeary) Green. She lived her childhood in Scituate and graduated from Scituate High School. She was a retired Pre-School Teacher and had formerly worked at the Lobster Hut in Brockton for many years. She has been a Brockton resident for over 50 years and she enjoyed reading and loved to knit and crotchet. She was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Carlo Altieri; her children, Mark Altieri of Taunton, Richard Altieri of Brockton and Lisa Altieri of Brockton; her siblings, Paul Green, William Green, Joseph Green, Diane Kennedy, Robert Green, Richard Green and Donald Green; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Saturday, May 10th from 11:00AM-1:00PM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 1:00PM.
