Online Obituaries Elaine F. (Miller) Bryant, 75, a resident of West Bridgewater for 50 years, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Allen L. Bryant. Born May 24, 1937 in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Charles Miller and Olga (Melhorn) Miller. Raised in South Boston she attended South Boston Schools and graduated from Boston City Hospital School of Nursing. Elaine was a Registered Nurse working for over 30 years at Boston City Hospital, specifically working in the neonatal unit and labor and delivery. She was very passionate about her work and each child was loved as if they were her own. She and her husband enjoyed camping, traveling and playing cards. She also enjoyed crafts, knitting and photography. She'll always be rememberd by her family and friends for her warm smile, contagious laughter and giving nature. She is survived by her six children, John A. Bryant and his wife Cindy of Knoxville, TN, Wayne L. Bryant and Linda of South Easton, Cheryl A. Bryant-Gigure and her husband Mario of Canada, Paul S. Bryant and his wife Christy of West Bridgewater, Kenneth C. Bryant and his wife Kristin of Bridgewater and Alecia R. Bryant of San Francisco; her grandchildren, Amanda, Spenser, Carrie, Melanie, Allen, Christopher, Elliot, Nicole, Jessica, Kenneth, Matthew, Benjamin, Sarah, Brett and Regan; her great-grandchildren, Madelyn and Charlotte; her brothers, William Miller and Edward Miller; her beloved sister-in-law, Beverly Kirk of Falmouth; her brother-in-laws, Donald Hicks and James Hicks; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ruth Roberts, Claire Hardaker and Charles Miller. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (RT123) Brockton on Sunday, December 2nd at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home Saturday 1:00-5:00PM.
