Elaine Mary (McCarthy) Sherman, 84, of Bridgewater passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. She was the wife of the late Donald Grant Sherman, Sr.

Born May 11, 1939 in Brockton, MA. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary Ella (St. Peter) McCarthy.

She is survived by her children; Kathleen M. Sherman of Indiana, Donna L. Cuevas of Florida, William G. Sherman also of Florida and Donald Grant Sherman, Jr. of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Crystal M. Salazar, Bryan A. Cuevas, Justine E. Cuevas and Cody T. Bergeron; her great grandchildren, Alayna Lovenbury, Caylyn Lovenbury, Benjamin Cuevas and Sophia Cuevas; her sister, Eleanor Smith of California. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard McCarthy of East Bridgewater. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
