Elaine S. (Kalivas) Yiotopoulos, 81, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023. She was the beloved wife of George F. Yiotopoulos.

Born July 7, 1941 in Manchester, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Stavros Kalivas and Constance (Alafogiannis) Kalivas. Raised in Brockton, she graduated from Brockton High School in 1959.

Elaine was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Brockton. She was a member of the Philoptochos Ladies Society. She loved cooking and baking Greek specialties which she shared with her family and friends. Her most valued time was spent with her family, especially her two granddaughters. She enjoyed doing puzzles and word games. She traveled extensively with her family and friends to destinations including Canada, Greece, Aruba and cruising the Caribbean.

She is survived by her husband of 61years, George F. Yiotopoulos; her children, Steven Yiotopoulos and Barbara Mantalos and her husband James; her granddaughters, Victoria Mantalos and her husband Jeffrey St. Hilaire and Elizabeth Mantalos and her fiancé Christopher Borrelli, her sister-in-law Konstantina Vardaxis and her husband Avraam. She leaves behind her cousins, many nieces and nephews and several godchildren, all of whom she adored. She also leaves behind Dolores Oriola, her lifelong friend of seventy-eight years.

Funeral Services in The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton on Wednesday at 11:00AM.  Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.  Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday from 4:00PM-7:00PM.
