Obituary

Eleanor M. “Ellie” (Argetes)Vasapollo, 54 years of Brockton died Monday August 25, 2008.
She was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Suela (Perrone) and James Argetes. Ellie spent most of her life in Brockton and was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1971.

Ellie worked in the Food Service Program at the Arnone Elementary School here in Brockton as well as co-owner and operator of The Nail Loft in So. Easton with her wife Jackie.
Ellie enjoyed gardening, flowers of all kinds and was known for being very creative especially interior decorating. What gave her the most enjoyment in life was her family, pets and clients at the Nail Loft who she called friends.


Her spirit lives on with her wife Jackie A. Murphy, her two daughters, Keri Ann Farrell of Braintree and Gina Marie Vasapollo of Las Vegas; two grandsons, Kendrick and Lincoln Farrell, a niece Erin Almond of New Bedford and her beloved dogs Buddy and Zoe.


A sharing of Ellie’s life will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Thursday from 3-5pm. Cremation will follow.
