Eleanore J. Knapp

Eleanore J. Knapp (MacKinnon) age 102, of South Easton, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Lifecare Center of West Bridgewater surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Knapp.

Born in Roslindale, she was the daughter of the late James and Daisy (Douglas) MacKinnon.

Prior to retirement, Eleanore worked as an accounting clerk in the Business Office at Blue Hills Regional Vocational Technical High School located in Canton.

She enjoyed playing bingo, doing crossword puzzles, walking, and bowling in her younger years. Mrs. Knapp maintained a large group of friends and always wanted to remain active. Her family always came first, and she remained involved and supportive in all their lives.

Eleanore is survived by her children, Sandra Lee (Knapp) Myles and her husband David Myles of Raynham and Douglas Richard Knapp and his wife Mary (MacEachern) Knapp of Raynham; her grandchildren, David Myles and wife Kristen, Jennifer (Myles) Cotten, Michelle (Myles) Aranjo and husband Douglas, Kristin Myles, Erin Knapp, and Sean Knapp; and great grandchildren, Nora Myles, Joel Myles, Cameron Cotten, Caleb Cotten, Delainie Cotten, and Calvin Aranjo. She was the sister of the late James Donald MacKinnon, Virginia MacKinnon, and Dorothy (MacKinnon) Nasson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 9-10am, with a funeral service beginning at 10am, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery.
