Obituary

Elizabeth L. (Hilliard) (Henderson) Gunnell, age 91, of Bridgewater died January 13, 2015 at the Bridgewater Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Frank W. Henderson and Kenneth C. Gunnell. Born in Boston, Liz was the daughter of the late John F. and Grace T. (Taylor) Hilliard. She was raised and educated in Belmont. For over ten years, she was a Security Matron for the Museum of Fine Arts and had also been employed at the Charlestown Navy Yard.
Liz is survived by a son Clyde “Butch” Taylor Henderson of New Hampshire and step daughter Diana McKeon of Westwood, MA. She was the stepmother of the late Barbara Sullivan.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Saturday, January 17, 12-1pm, followed by a funeral service at 1pm. Burial will be at a later date in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
