Elvira DePina Elvira DePina , 82, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Born November 4, 1927 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Maria DePina. She is survived by her children, Margarida DeBarros, Joana Brandao, Maria DaLuz Silva, Alindo Brandao, and the late Maria Fatima Brandao; her sisters, Maxima DePina and Rita DePina; she is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Wednesday, March 24th at 9:30AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward's Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 10:30AM.
