Emilia Andre Emilia Andre , 57, of Everett, died Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Everett Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born on August 10, 1951 in Haiti, she was the daughter of Orinvill Andre and Odalma Mathe. She is survived by her children, Willy B. Dessert, Ailine Dessert, Jessica Beluillus, and Peter Rischardson Beluillus; her grandchildren, Woodley and Bryana Dessert, Woodro and Rudolph Cesar; her sisters, Audalie Andre and Germaine Mathe; her niece, Phorbita Jean and her nephews, Paulo Jean and Jude Badgio. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held in the United Evangelical Christian Church, 144 Belmont Ave., Brockton on Saturday at 9:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
