Esther (Lima) Leite Esther (Lima) Leite , 52, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday evening, September 20, 2011 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of David N. Leite. Born March 25, 1959 in Argentina, she was the daughter of Guilhermina (Melo) Lima of Brockton and the late Joaquim Lima. Raised and educated in Brazil, Esther came to the United States and received her Master's Degree in Education from the Eastern Nazarene College. Esther was a Teacher for the Brockton Public School System for over 15 years where she taught Special Needs Students. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Brockton where she also taught religion classes. She is survived by her husband, David N. Leite; her children, Susanna Leite Cromwell and her husband Reed, Anthony David Leite and Andrew Leite; her grandson, Jude Leite Cromwell; her mother, Guilhermina (Melo) Lima; her brothers, Samuel Lima, Manuel Lima and Daniel Lima; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24th in the Church of the Nazarene, 38 Mystic St., Brockton at 9:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
