Plunkett of Brockton March 14, 2007, Ethel A. (Devereaux) Plunkett, 89 years. Wife of the late Leo M. Plunkett. Mother of Anne Croce, Kathleen Keene and Eileen Bailey all of Brockton and Patricia Obin of Pembroke. Sister of Frances Marie Driscoll of Dedham, Walter of Pembroke, James of Eastport, ME and Paul Devereaux of Florida. Grandmother of 47 grand, great and great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday 12 to 3 pm, with a Funeral Service at 1 pm. Obituary

Ethel A. (Devereaux) Plunkett, 89 years died Wednesday morning at St. Joseph Manor. She was born, raised and educated in Boston, the daughter of the late William C. and Ethel A. (Bryan) Devereaux. Mrs. Plunkett has been a resident of Brockton for the past 30 years. She had been a former member of Monponsett Softball Association and she had been a homemaker who stayed home to raise her family. Mrs. Plunkett was an avid Red Sox fan.

She is survived by her four daughters, Anne Croce of Brockton, Kathleen Keene of Brockton, Patricia Obin of Pembroke and Eileen Bailey of Brockton, a sister, Frances Marie Driscoll of Dedham and three brothers, Walter Devereaux of Pembroke, James Devereaux of Eastport, ME and Paul Devereaux of Florida, 47 grand, great and great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was the wife of the late Leo M. Plunkett and sister of the late William, George, Charles, John, Edward and Frederick Devereaux
