Everett E. Belcher Everett E. Belcher , 87, of Brockton died Sunday, April 8, 2007 at his home. He was the husband of the late Dorothy I. (Dowd) Belcher. Born October 25, 1919 in Brockton, MA, he was the son of the late Charles E. Belcher and Dora (Benoit) Belcher. Mr. Belcher served in the United States Army during World War II. He then worked for a local ambulance company. He also worked as a laborer for LaBaron Foundry for over 12 years. He is survived by his children, E. Edward Belcher, Lynette A. Almeida, Jo-Anne M. Belcher, Patricia I. Belcher, all of Brockton, James A. Belcher of New Jersey, and Catherine M. Belcher of Rhode Island; he is also survived by 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rte 123), Brockton on Thursday at 8:00AM thence to Christ the King Parish (formerly St. Colman's), 42 Wendell Ave., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 9:00AM.
