Faustino Armando Velez Faustino Armando Velez , 64, died May 6, 2008 at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Adelaida (Paneto) Velez. Born July 24, 1943 in Lel Chaco, Argentina, He was the son of the late Faustino Velez and the late Elsa (Espinoza) Velez. Mr. Velez moved to America in 1969. He owned and operated Tony's Cleaning Service, a commercial cleaning service, for many years. He is survived by his children, Claudio Velez of South America, Russell Velez of East Taunton, and Omar Velez of Brockton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be held at 100 Perkins Avenue, Brockton, on Saturday from 11AM-2PM.
