Online Obituaries Francis X. Fagan, 86, of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 23, 2013 in Brockton. He was the husband of the late Doris Marie (Keefe) Fagan. Born in Brighton on October 19, 1926, he was the son of the late Joseph P. Fagan and Rose (Laughlin) Fagan. He was in the Merchant Marines from 1943 to 1949 and also served in the United States Army from 1950 to 1952. Francis was a retired construction worker. He is survived by his children, Francis T. O'Loughlin and his wife Patricia, Gerard P. O'Loughlin and his wife Carol and Judith A. Flaherty and her husband Steven; his grandchildren, Sean, Jason, Jennifer, Maryalison, Susan, Jaime, Courtney, Casey and Matthew; his great-Grandchildren, Brianna, Colin, Carissa and Aubrey. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday, September 26th from 11:00AM to 12:00PM followed by a funeral service at 12:00PM.
