Thomas of Madison, NH formerly of Brockton August 14, 2007 Francis F. "Franny” Thomas, Sr., 65 years. Father of Francis F. Thomas, Jr. and his wife Julie of Madison, NH and Peter T. Donahue of Conway, NH. Brother of Chuckie Thomas of Sharon, Marty Thomas of Marshfield, Carol Collette of Brockton and Rita Fontes of Sharon. Grandfather of Nicholas, Cassandra, Bobby and Austin Thomas and Charliene Donahue.
Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 6pm. Visitation 4-7 pm.

Obituary

Francis F. “Franny” Thomas, Sr. died unexpectedly Tuesday in Brockton while on vacation. He was born in Brockton, raised in Sharon, the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Fallon) Thomas. He was a graduate of Sharon High School. Mr. Thomas retired from Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton where he had been employed for over 20 years. He had been a long time resident of Brockton until moving to New Hampshire in 2004. He enjoyed auctions, snowmobiling and time spent in his yard.

He is survived two sons, Francis F. Thomas, Jr. and his wife Julie of Madison, NH and Peter T. Donahue of Conway, NH., his two, brothers, Chuckie Thomas of Sharon, Marty Thomas of Marshfield and two sisters, Carol Collette of Brockton and Rita Fontes of Sharon, his grandchildren, Nicholas, Cassandra, Bobby and Austin, Thomas and Charliene Donahue and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Donna Mancini and former husband of the late Genevieve T. (Shimkus) Donahue
