Obituary

Frederick J. Tracia, 85 years of Sebring, Florida, formerly of Holbrook, died Friday August 29, 2008 at the Florida Hospital Heartland Division in Sebring Florida.
Husband of the late Mary C. (Wall) Tracia. He was born in Boston, the son of the late Louisa (Annaclor) and Pellegrino Tracia. Mr.Tracia served in the US Army during WW II and received the Silver Star.
He established the distribution center in Allston for General Motors and retired as manager from General Motors in Westwood in 1982. He was artistically creative and enjoyed art, dancing, good food and cooking. He will be remembered for being rich in spirit and love.

He is survived by four grandchildren, Chuckie Lamore of Bridgewater, Mary Lamore of Brockton, Tracie Lamore of Fairhaven and Cherri Lamore-O’Brien and her husband Scott O’Brien of Abington, eight great grandchildren, Jordan, Rubin, Tianna, Michael, Matthew, Bobby, Timmy and Anthony, five nieces, Cathy, Heidi, Jeanette, Ann, Patricia and Betty and a nephew John. He was the father of the late Joyce Lamore.


Visitation in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Friday 8:30 to 9:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 10am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
