Obituary

Gail V. (Winslow) Southworth 65 years of Brockton died Thursday at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born in Belfast, Maine a daughter of the late Charles and Grace (Barrows) Winslow. Raised and educated in Maine she had been a resident of Brockton for 40 years.
She will be remembered by her many special friends who appreciated her generosity and willingness to listen to a friend in need.
Ms. Southworth loved bingo and trips to Foxwoods.
She is survived by a brother Alvin Winslow of Maine and a nephew James Dorion of Quincy. She was the step mother of Linda Weeman, Lisa Roth, Dianne MacAdam, Susan Anagnoston, Sandra Fay and Philip Roth, Jr. Special friend of Jennifer L. Shaw of Braintree.
