Garifalia Litsa Kotsiopoulos, 83, of Brockton, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the wife of Alexandros Alex Kotsiopoulos. Born on January 22, 1930 in Greece, she was the daughter of the late Christos Papanicolaou and Ourania (Papavramidis) Papanicolaou. Litsa was a seamstress for several years working in the Brockton area. She was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Brockton and a member of the Ladies Philoptochos. She enjoyed cooking and sewing for her family and friends. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Kostandinos Charles Kotsiopoulos and his wife Dorian of Canton; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Alyssa Kotsiopoulos; her sister, Iphigenia Virginia Krikis and her husband Aristofanis; her nieces, Maria and Ourania Nina Krikis; her dear friend, Penny Kazis.

Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday, December 31st at 10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Monday 5:00-8:00PM.
