Gena E. (Iacobacci) Bushway Gena E. (Iacobacci) Bushway , 83, of Brockton died Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a short period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Charles Bushway. Born April 19, 1930 in Brockton she was the daughter of the late Cesidio and Assunta (Asci) Iacobacci. A lifelong resident of Brockton, she was a graduate of Brockton High School and worked in the school cafeteria for many years from which she retired. Gena was devoted to her family and loved not only spending time with but also shopping for them. She was also an avid gardener. She is survived by her children; Charles Bushway of Brockton, Richard Bushway of Wareham, Michael Bushway and his wife Nancy of North Dighton, John Bushway and his wife Nancy of Brockton and Susan (Bushway) Lawson and her husband David of Brockton; Seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a sister; Ida Wordon of Canada. She was also the sister of the late George Iacobacci. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St.,(Rt.123) Brockton on Thursday, November 14, at 8:00AM thence to St. Patrick Church, 335 Main St., Brockton where a funeral Mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 9:00AM.
