Cahill, of Brockton, July 5, 2002, George J. Cahill, 72 years. Husband of Dorothy (Sylvia) (Poole) Cahill. Stepfather of Debra J. Swanson of Mashpee, Diane L. Hennessy of Randolph and the late Charles W. Poole, Jr., four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Brother of Vincent Cahill of Kansas, Philomena Bresnahan of Brockton, Alice Posnycz of Canton and the late John and Edward Cahill. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday at 7pm. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Burial at a later date in Calvary Cemetery. Donations in his name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 14 Page Terrace, Stoughton, MA 02072.
