Obituary

George J. Glennon, age 81, of Brockton, died unexpectedly August 23, 2014. George was born in Boston, son of the late George and Marion (Buonopane) Glennon. He was raised and educated in Roxbury and was a graduate of Boston High School. For many years he had been employed as a Draftsman for Prime Computer, Inc. in Natick. He was an animal lover, especially his pet dogs.
George is survived by four children, George Glennon, Kelly Weeks, Cheryl Spillane and Kevin Glennon; three grandchildren Ashley Weeks, Tyler and Brandon Glennon and was the former husband of the late Marilyn (Glennon) Nee.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday 5-8pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Friday at 9:30am followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations in George’s name may be made to the MSPCA, 1300 West Elm Street Ext., Brockton, MA 02301.
