Goerge E. Strangis George E. Strangis, 90, of Brockton, passed away Monday, July 5, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the husband of the late Lillian (Horton) Strangis. Born October 28, 1919 in Brockton, he was the son of the late George Strangis and Rosilda (Blair) Strangis. George served in the United States Army during World War II. He worked for several years at his family's business, Strangis Electric of Brockton. He is survived by his sons, Fred Strangis and George Strangis; his grandchildren, Lillian, Jasmine, Alyssa and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Dustin, Abigail, Destiny and Alex.
