Gertrude E. Voci

Gertrude Elizabeth (Brooks) Voci, 92, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026. She was the wife of the late Francesco A. Voci, Sr. Born and raised in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Carlton and Katherine (Greenan) Brooks.

Gertrude was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1951. She married her beloved husband, Frank, in 1958, and worked in Brockton for several employers, before retiring from Mupac Corporation in 1995. After retiring she spent her winters in Florida with family.

Gertrude had been a communicant of St. Margaret's Church and St. Ann’s Church for many years. She enjoyed music, live theatre, crafts, travelling, cooking, local sports, the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Gertrude was the loving mother of Francesco A. Voci, Jr. and his wife, Valerie of Boca Raton FL, and Anthony J. Voci of Brockton; loving grandmother of Ava, Gia, and Darvio of Boca Raton, FL, and aunt to several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of Betty Sullivan of Holiday FL, and the late Robert Brooks, John Brooks, Ralph Brooks, Charles Brooks, and Ruth Brooks.

Her funeral services were held privately at the convenience of the family, interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
