Gertrude E. Voci

Gertrude Elizabeth (Brooks) Voci, 92, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2026. She was the wife of the late Francesco A. Voci, Sr. Born and raised in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Carlton and Katherine (Greenan) Brooks.

Gertrude was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1951. She married her beloved husband, Frank, in 1958, and together they purchased their family home in Brockton in 1962.

She enjoyed music, live theatre, crafts, knitting, sewing, crocheting, singing and cooking, reading books, and flower gardens. Gertrude also loved cotton clothes, antiques, nice cars, and the beach.

Gertrude was the loving mother of Francesco A. Voci, Jr and his wife, Valerie of Boca Raton FL, and Anthony J. Voci of Brockton; loving grandmother of Ava, Gia, and Darvio. She was the sister of Betty Sullivan of Holiday FL, and the late Robert Brooks, John Brooks, Ralph Brooks, Charles Brooks, and Ruth Brooks.

Her funeral services were held privately at the convenience of the family.
