Online Obituaries Gino D. Astore, 91, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at St. Joseph Manor in Brockton. he was the husband of the late Adeline (Calabrese) Astore. Born December 5, 1920 in Brockton , he was the son of the late Pasquale Astore and Rachel (Tolo) Astore. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Mr. Astore worked for the City of Brockton for several years. He was a very good baseball player and pitcher. He was an avid Baseball fan. He is survived by his daughters, Deborah Astore and Susan Astore both of Florida; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Mary A. Astore, Julius Astore, Corrine Astore and Pal Astore. Funeral Information Following cremation, a graveside service will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton on Wednesday, September 5th at 11:00AM.
