Online Obituaries Giuseppina (Pileggi) Capozzi, 90, of Brockton, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Dante Capozzi. Born November 25, 1923 in Italy, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore Pileggi and Maria (Pizzonia) Pileggi. She was a seamstress in Italy and has been a Brockton resident for the last 60 years. She was a communicant of St. Edith Stein Parish. She was devoted to her family and loved to cook. She is survived by her son, Daniel Capozzi of Brockton; her siblings, Rosa Pucci of Brockton, Francesca Davoli of Taunton and Antonio Pileggi of Canada; her cousin, Dorothy (Pileggi) Capozzi, she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was a cousin of the late Rose (Pileggi) Dimarzio and Frank Pileggi. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday, April 24th at 8:00AM thence to St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 9:00AM.
