Gloria (Tarantino) Stanbrook, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. She was the wife of the late Reginald Stanbrook of Brockton, Ma.

Born January 24, 1934, in Brockton, Ma, Gloria was the daughter of the late John Tarantino and Eileen (Wall) Tarantino. She was a graduate of St. Patrick School, Brockton, class of 1952.

Gloria worked for many years at New England Telephone as an operator. Nearly eight years ago she moved from Brockton to East Bridgewater where she continued to live independently. Gloria was a member of the East Bridgewater YMCA where she enjoyed water aerobics in which she attended morning class for over 20 years. Gloria also enjoyed traveling to far away places with her husband and family members.

Gloria is survived by her children, Daniel M. Kelly and his wife Maryanne of East Bridgewater; Eileen Stanbrook of Martha's Vineyard; Stephen Stanbrook and his wife Kim of Brockton; Kathryn Teeter and her husband Paul of Pembroke; Ellen Stanbrook of Pembroke; and John Stanbrook and his wife Jacquelyn of Middleboro. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John and Walter Tarantino.

A memorial gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 S. Main St., West Bridgewater on Thursday, May 22nd from 4:00-6:00 PM.
