CONDON of Brockton February 5, 2002, Grace I. (Hayward) Condon, 77 years, wife of the late Thomas J. Condon.

Mrs. Condon died unexpectedly Tuesday evening in the Brockton Hospital after being stricken earlier in her home. Born in Middleboro, daughter of the late William and Minnie (Van Armringe) Hayward she had been a resident of Brockton since 1966. Graduate of Middleboro High School. At the time of her retirement she has been employed in the retail store at the Brockton VA Medical Center. After her retirement she assisted her daughter Kathleen Craig of Rockland in operating her daughter’s sewing crafts business. Member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Brockton.

The wife of the late Thomas J. CondonShe is survived by a daughter Kathleen Craig of Rockland and a son Raymond C. Mitchell of Brockton . A grandson Anthony Gramazio of Rockland. Two sisters Marie Brandstatter, of FL. and Peggy Qualley of Oregon. One brother James Hayward of Oregon and several nieces and nephews.
