Online Obituaries Hazel Marion (Schaffer) St. George of Brockton passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at the age of 91. She was the loving wife of the late Richard W. St. George. Born in Grafton, NSW Australia she was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Marion Schaffer. Hazel will be remembered as a hard working devoted mother. She was an accomplished seamstress working for many years in a bridal shop. She also worked as a waitress at several local restaurants for many years. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, drawing and crossword puzzles and her beautiful flower gardens. Hazel is survived by two children, Karen Mussari and her husband Louis of Brockton and Kevin St. George and his wife Nancy of Pembroke; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Karl and Kenneth St. George and was predeceased by her five siblings all of Australia. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt.123) Brockton on Tuesday, January 13th at 12:00PM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours will be prior to the service on Tuesday from 11:00AM to 12:00PM.
