Hazel (Bolick) Mansulla
Hazel L. (Bolick) Mansulla, 83, formerly of Brockton, died Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the Balmoral Assisted Living Facility in Palm Harbor, Florida. She was the wife of the late Andrew J. Mansulla.
Born September 7, 1924 in Kannapolis, North Carolina she was the daughter of the late Harrison Bolick and Florida (Anderson) Bolick. Hazel attended schools in Mount Ulla, North Carolina.
After moving to Brockton, Hazel opened a hairdressing salon and in 1951 she became the wife of Andrew J. Mansulla of the Mansulla Brothers Oil Company. They resided in Brockton until 1994 when Andrew passed away and Hazel then moved to Clearwater, Florida.
Hazel resided at Arden Courts Alzheimer's Unit and Balmoral Assisted Living Facility for the past several years while battling a lengthy illness.
Hazel is survived by her daughter, Judith O'Connor-Thompson and her husband John H. Thompson of Palm Harbor, Florida also formerly of Brockton; her beloved grandchildren, M. Jonathan O'Connor and his wife Kristi of Oldsmar, Florida and Kathleen O'Connor of Palm Harbor, Florida; her great grandchildren, Kelsie, Brandon, and Shane O'Connor all of Oldsmar, Florida; her brothers, Ray Bolick of North Carolina and Reid Bolick of Georgia. She was the sister of the late Alene Bolick and John Bolick.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 20th at 10:30AM in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
