Obituary

Hazel R. (Lewis) Wells of Middleboro, formerly of Lakeville died Thursday April 23, 2009 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. She was 92 years old. Hazel was the wife of the late Lionel K. Wells. She was the mother of Larry and Roger Wells and the late Wayne Wells. Sister of Viola Muehl of New York and the the late Clifford Lewis. She is also survived six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Hazel was educated in Sharon, Ct and had been employed as a nurse in Sharon, Ct. For many years she lived in the Nemasket Apartments where she met and made many dear friends.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Hazel at the Brockton Assembly of God, 199 Warren Ave Brockton, MA on Friday May 29, 2009 at 10:00 am.
Donations in memory of Hazel Wells may be made to the Rockland Trust Co., 8B Station St Middleboro, MA 02346. It was Hazel’s wish for the donations to go for Disaster Relief Around the World (Operation Blessing).
